Biography
The unique style of upbeat groove rock that is Zagnutt began in
the waning days of the last century when in the fall of 1999, Vocalist
Dave-O Whitston, Guitarist Erik White, and Percussionist Darin Mclean
formed Zagnutt, a collective of musicians come together to build an
original sound that payed homage to the pillars of rock and roll
through a lens of groove and funk. The band soon grew to
add drummer Gary Vitagliano, guitarist Nat Greenspan, keyboardist Ray
Crandall and bassist Mike Farrington, and began writing material for
Mexegovia, the bands first full length CD.
